Hillside is in Leona Court, 5.5 klms up Henri Robert Drive, on the right-hand side, just after Java Court (look out for the blue finger sign at the top of the road) before the big left hand bend. It is easiest to take Exit 71 at Nerang (Nerang/Broadbeach) and follow signs to Beaudesert (Road 90) don’t miss the right turn about 5 k’s out of Nerang (still Beaudesert road) The turnoff to Mount Tamborine and Henri Robert Drive is not far after the River Mill which you will pass on your right.
Hillside offers surberb views of the Hinterland, Gold Coast and Pacific Ocean, from Stradbroke Island to Tweed Heads. Surrounded by National Park and Reserve, Hillside is a luxurious Retreat with high standards and attention to detail will make your time away a truly memorable experience. It has a warm friendly atmosphere and comprises the Lyrebird Suite (1 or 2 bedrooms) and the Rose Room. In the picturesque grounds, Gumnut Cottage offers fully self-contained accommodation.
ROOM FEATURES: Gumnut Cottage: A spacious deck with a gas barbecue is provided. The Cottage is set on its own away from the house and has two bedrooms. A beautifully furnished and newly redecorated lounge and dining area contains a pot belly stove (and a gas heater), a tv, dvd, video, cd and a stereo system, with a selection of videos. With a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, Gumnut has it all. Lyrebrid Suite:Comprising of one or two Queen en-suite bedrooms, with a light and beautifully furnished lounge/dining area.There is kitchenette should you want to quickly cook something up and stay in for a relaxing evening.Curl up in front of the cosy log fire and enjoy the forest and garden views. For your entertainment a television with cable tv, DVD and stereo system are provided, together with a selection of films and music. Rose Room:This newly redecorated bedroom overlooks the pool, and comprises a queen sized bed and television with large en-suite bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee and a refrigerator is also provided. A separate entrance adds to your privacy and convenience.
