Our formal dining room offers a menu of Australian modern fine dining with luxurious plush booths, marble flooring and a large classic bar stocked with gins from around the world. In the lounge and library you can relax in front of the fireplace in our oversized chairs and enjoy a more bar snacks and shared plates with a cutting edge cocktail or two.
